My Experience and Passion
I am a corporate lawyer and an advocate enrolled in the Bar Council of India (BCI), passionate in the field of investment law (to say the least), having gained experience in transactions relating to Private Equity, Securities, Venture Capital and M&A. I have front-ended with various clients and overseen transactions from the start to end- perks of working in a quaint law firm.
I also have a flair for entrepreneurship and hence always on a look-out for my start-ups' co-founders! I love collaboration, so please feel free to reach out to me!
I have tie-ups with law firms in India, which can lend its expertise to almost any and every practice which would prove to be beneficial for prospective clients.
