I am a corporate lawyer and an advocate enrolled in the Bar Council of India (BCI), passionate in the field of investment law (to say the least), having gained experience in transactions - Private Equity, Securities, Venture Capital and M&A.
I have front-ended with various clients and overseen transactions from the start to end. Further, I have been actively involved in the legal tech gen-AI space while working at Robin AI.
